For more than 80 years the family tradition of sharing good wine, good food and good times with family and friends remains unchanged.

Third generation, Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have overseen the company's expansion into Victoria in 1987 and the couple now manage De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate, home to some of the oldest vines in the Yarra Valley.

De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate houses the recently renovated and renamed Locale Restaurant. Locale the Italian translation of local is in reference to the philosophy of using local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Locale at De Bortoli serves rustic Italian cuisine designed by head chef Tim Keenan who has honed his craft at London's prestigious River Café and Gordon Ramsay's Connaught Restaurant.

Other facilities on site include a spacious cellar door with a private tasting area and a purpose built cheese maturation room.
